This page contains information about software licenses, third-party resources, and attributions used in the CarbonOS platform and the carbonova.ai website. Carbonova respects the intellectual property of third parties and is committed to maintaining proper attribution in accordance with the terms of each license.

1. Software and Platform

The CarbonOS platform, including its 15 specialized AI agents, is proprietary software of Carbonova Tecnologia LTDA. All rights reserved. The use of the platform is governed by the Terms of Use and the Service Agreement executed with each client. CarbonOS uses open-source components in its infrastructure, which are licensed under their respective original terms. No open-source component used imposes copyleft obligations on Carbonova's proprietary code.

2. Typography

Funnel Sans – Licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL), Version 1.1. This license allows free use, modification, and redistribution, provided the font is not sold separately. Geist Mono – Licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL), Version 1.1. Developed by Vercel. Both fonts may be freely used in personal and commercial projects without attribution, in accordance with OFL terms.

3. Photography and Video

Images and videos used on this site are sourced from: Unsplash – Unsplash License (free use for commercial and non-commercial purposes, no permission or attribution required, per unsplash.com/license). Pexels – Pexels License (free use for all purposes, no mandatory attribution, per pexels.com/license). Some visual content was created internally by the Carbonova team or generated by generative AI tools, and is owned by Carbonova Tecnologia LTDA.

4. Iconography

Icons used on this site are sourced from: Icons8 – Used with attribution link as required (icons8.com). Lucide Icons – Licensed under the ISC License, allowing free use in commercial projects. Some icons were created internally by Carbonova's design team and are the exclusive property of the company.

5. Open-Source Frameworks and Libraries

The CarbonOS platform uses various open-source components in its infrastructure. The main ones include: Python – PSF License. FastAPI – MIT License. PostgreSQL – PostgreSQL License. Redis – BSD 3-Clause License. Docker – Apache License 2.0. Kubernetes – Apache License 2.0. TensorFlow/PyTorch – Apache License 2.0/BSD License. React – MIT License. 6. Website Template

This website was built on the Webflow platform using a commercially licensed template. The template was substantially customized by the Carbonova team to reflect the company's visual identity and functional requirements. Webflow is a registered trademark of Webflow, Inc.
